Our Story
Founder Swati Tiwary spent over a decade in television and digital mediums — as a creative producer, then heading channels at Times Television, Network18 and BBC Worldwide, before running AskMen India and eventually starting her own venture. That same drive to keep evolving carries into the name: NeverStill represents constant evolution, change and growth.
What started as a production house has evolved into a strategy-led marketing agency — a boutique agency that builds brands across categories and with depth, with an in-house production capability. It helped that clients themselves began asking us to manage their social media and quick-commerce too. We work from understanding the audience and shaping the strategy through to ideas, creative, production and distribution.
We don’t see ourselves as a vendor. We work as an equal partner toward a common goal.

Swati Tiwary
Swati began her career in television as a Creative Producer, going on to head channels across Times Television, Network18 and BBC Worldwide — experience spanning content, television and media that gave her a deep understanding of both storytelling and audiences. She later headed AskMen India at Fork Media Group, her last corporate role before founding NeverStill Films.
At NeverStill, she brings that breadth of media experience to building ideas that are creatively distinctive and commercially relevant — the industry perspective that helps turn a good story into the right story for its audience.

Avinash Tiwary
Avinash Tiwary is an actor known for his nuanced performances across film and streaming, including Laila Majnu, Khakee: The Bihar Chapter, Bambai Meri Jaan and Madgaon Express.
At NeverStill, he brings an actor's instinct for character, emotion and storytelling to the studio's creative vision — an understanding of performance and audiences that shapes how we approach talent, narratives and collaborations.
His relationships across the film industry give NeverStill a trusted creative network and access to exceptional talent.
